Please see the Workhouse Museum review. This museum sets the scene for how justice used to be dispensed. There is some interactive facility available.

Display boards around the Courthouse buildings recreate some of the more interesting cases heard in the court. Combined with the Police and Prison museum and the Workhouse, you can gain a detailed insight into life in old Ripon. An interesting day out.

Very small museum but absolutely fascinating. How incredible that this has been preserved in such great condition. It really does bring it all to life. A combined ticket makes for great value too
