Unique plaster work. McAuliffe was a plasterer with an artistic disposition and gift. His work is patriotic and connected to Irelands aspirations to independence in the early 20th century. He even did work still in evidence , influenced by his reading about French modernist design..fascinating adornment to a unique and highly attractive characterful town in North Kerry
