Carol was very engaging with all the visitors and she made the whole tour informative and kept the children interested by asking questions and getting them to look for items throughout the tour.

We took the tour while staying at the hotel. I enjoyed the historical background of the castle. The collection downstairs is very eclectic but very interesting. Great place to take the kids on a rainy day.

This is a great hands-on experience as you tour a beautiful castle restored by Marshall Doran. His priceless collection of artifacts is definitely worth seeing, and handling!

We were delighted to have a private tour of the museum which has an amazing array of armour and antiquities. Even more exciting was being able to don gloves and hold some incredible weaponary from ages past. Wonderful and memorable visit

We brought the grandchildren to go on the tour of the castle. We all found it very interesting because as well as the castle rooms we saw two magnificent collections. One of fossils and the other of military items.
