Visited with 2 friends, 2 are confident cooks and 1 not so much but all of us learned something and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Lovely people and great fun. Will be back soon!

I completed the 12 week cookery course in 2009 and returned to do the fermentation demo today and loved every minute. Ballymaloe keeps up to speed with the changes and trends in food in the world and you will always get the best information here....More
