Wrapped up our Ireland trip with our favorite evening - live traditional Irish music from Jimmy Crowley at An Teach Beag ("little house") next to the artist himself and the whole place singing along. Amazing.

Enjoyed a few drinks here even though I was travelling solo. The music and atmosphere was great and made me wish I could play an instrument.

Nice little bar that hosts a Traditional Irish music session at the weekends by local musicians/singers, well worth calling in to listen to the music and enjoy a beer or two while there.

A small pub where everyone speaks in hushed tones so as not to disturb the musicians. Men and women played instruments and sang laments. The customers all listened. A friendly bunch of musicians invited visitors to sing, if they so desired. None did. A friendly...More
