Too expensive for little trip in caves. Couldn't understand not a word what that guide guy said. Felt like he have no interest about he job. Could answer to my questions about caves... disappointed.

I've been to several similar types of caves in the US and was extremely underwhelmed by this attraction especially when considering the price of admission. The guide was very good and very knowledgeable but the tour was very short.

What a lovely place, loved the caves, (if only small) weather wasn't good for the falcons so can't comment. Staff were delightful. Lovely gift shop, but the icing on the cake!! Was the restaurant... Wow fresh home cooked reasonable priced food. Would recommend just popping in for lunch. Everywhere was very clean and tidy. Well done guys

I love Crag Caves because for children its a great day out and the kids menu is so reasonably priced and well worth it. However, when checking in the kids at reception, could the lady who signs in please be more welcoming. On a very recent visit, I absolutly got no verbal response at all. All the other staff are... We went down with our guide and the kids loved the place. The tour lasts around half an hour but is enjoyable. Play area for kids plus restaurant are available.

This cave is well worth visiting while the cave itself is quite small it is unspoilt and there is quite a lot to see there. It can be a little slippery so suitable footwear is recommended. The children's playground is well laid out with things to do outside and inside. However, it is the restaurant which really makes a visit... More

Nice tour for 9 euro. The guide was nice and had lots of facts. He also could answer any questions that came up. We could not catch his name even though he said it at least 3 times. The cave is not that large but has lots of interesting areas.
