A blast of fresh air after a late nights drinking. Boy what a great place to sit and watch the world go by. Stunning scenery. Wind off the Atlantic Ocean. Mind you this was a good day. In bad weather you would be blown away. Great spot for a picnic and family day out without frills.

Great for a walk, run, swim, kite surf etc. I love jogging along the front beach and around to the back strand. The views around are incredible! Even on a miserable day, Rossbeigh is a great place.

Beautiful for a walk or a swim. The beach is most extensive at low tide. Otherwise, you will have to start your walk at the northern end of the parking area. Nice children's playground. Particularly beautiful sunsets.

Beautiful beach. Great option for those with limited mobility to view the ocean. Plenty of parking very near the water with clear views from inside or near the vehicle.

This beach has a long frontage which is accessible to the car. On a windy day is was great to come and watch the sea, and even the swimmers on these windy days, read a book, have a wee sleep, watch the sea again, have an ice cream from the van (half the price we pay at home ). Even... More

It is a remarkably quiet beach for a beach on the ring of Kerry and always a place of rest for me. Nice views of the Dingle peninsula and Inch Strand and of the Iveragh peninsula walking back. Great on a cold day to clear the head.

Further to the west, we discovered the wide, sandy spit at Rossbeigh. This beach featured strong waves coming in from the Atlantic. We spent some time watching surfers and horse handlers along the water.
