Oh its a fine place to be on a fine summer's day, watching all the wild flowers that ne're do decay, the Skelligs and the Blaskets are plain to be seen from the tip of Bray head near the grave of Siveen.

It´s a great hike, that i can really recommend. As always, it´s just the annoying parking fee that spoils it a bit.

Took a walk up to the head with my two teenagers. The weather was fantastic so this helped. On the way up over to the left there are fantastic views of the sea cliffs and Portmagee. Its a bit of a walk to the top so proper walking shoes or boots are needed. My youngest was suffering( or so he... More

Don't miss this hike with some of the best views of the Wild Atlantic Way, Skellig Islands, flowers of many colors along the path, cows lounging on the green cliffs above the ocean, sheep grazing on the grasslands on the tip of the land above the Atlantic, and a perfect workout! We are a family of 5 and this was... More

Under a pouring rain we walked to the very top, and it was glorious! The view is outstanding. The trail is very easy to follow and well kept.

A wonderful walk up and spectacular views of the ocean, the Skelligs and Valentia Island - do the loop walk and descend on the track along the cliffs - magnificent!

This is a short walk from the parking area (parking fee), to a ruins of an old guard house on a steep cliff. We did only half of the loop, returning back the same route. Nice walk e.g. after a long driving.

For not a great deal of effort and just a €2 car park you are rewarded with fantastic views on a good day right across the Blasket Islands, Skelligs and Slea Head. Once at the historic signal tower it's well worth the climb up following the purple signs to the head and then along and back down. Really enjoyed this... More
