Had a meal in the club house. Staff are great , very accommodating. Unfortunately the cod I ordered must have been processed and was very disappointing.

We just drove around this amazingly beautiful estate. The grounds are stunning as is the view around the manor. Well worth a drive around.

Of the beaten path, so if you stay there is not much else around. Historical property. One very small Michelin restaurant we could not get reservations and the other two dinning options were part of the golf center, light on dinning.

I visit here whenever im in Kilkenny. You could spend the day just walking around taking in the beautiful views and surrounding areas. They are doing a lot of renovating at the moment but it does not take away from the splendor
