We visited this location in the late afternoon. It was so quiet and peaceful! We enjoyed the gorgeous views while there and on the journey to get there.

Surprisingly non-commercialised location from the old John Wayne film. It is in a nice location and is a must see for fans of the film. But...... it is just a bridge.

We stayed in a condo near the bridge and had to go over it every day.If you love the film it was built for you would want to see it but it has no local historicall significance other than that.
