I've tried four different tailors around the island from G'town to BtuFghi with very mixed results. Wish I had come here first.
Solid options and extremely accommodating.

I strongly recommend this tailor.

Found Deepee Tailors through TripAdvisor to have suits made for my husband and myself to have linen jackets made for business.
A very professional and excellent service provided by Deepak & Vinita. A true treat and experience having clothes made by this lovely Family. Extremely knowledgeable, skilled and professional. HIGHLY Recommended.

Simply the Best - Look no Further

Deepee was recommended to by a friend of mine.

I had a suit and a shirt made. Deepee guided us through the selection of fabrics and styles and throughout the process you can tell that he has been doing this for a very long time and he is taking pride in his work. A trade not very often found nowadays.

Deepee is a man who is proud when he sees the finished product fits perfectly and the customer is happy.

You do not need to look for any other tailor when in Penang.

At Last ! A Penang Island Tailor With Passion.

I have been coming to Penang Island for 8 years and tried two other tailors who did not have the necessary skills to please me, the Customer.
3 years ago I found DeePee Tailor at Straits Quay and now have an exciting wardrobe to talk about.
28 shirts, a double breasted blazer with several pairs of trousers and now I just came away with two single breasted blazers which are stunning.
These blazers were made from a photograph which I presented to Deepak and said make me two jackets like this please.
I selected the materials and lining from his range in the store and it only required one fitting before picking them up today to take back to Australia. Outstanding !
Deepak has a real passion for his trade and understands the Customers needs, I will continue to frequent his business to keep filling my two wardrobes. (1 in Penang & 1 in Perth)

We found the best tailor in Penang

We are German/Chinese couple living part-time in Penang.
DeePee Tailor has just made a brazer and a shirt for my husband who urgently needed for a business trip.
Went to DeePee last week, my husband was measured, had one fitting in the following day, and picked up within a week.
The new tailor-made brazer and shirt fit my husband really well. The materials and craftsmanship are top quality and the service is excellent.
We are delighted to have found DeePee Tailor and will definitely return to again.

Superb Service & Finishing

Went to Penang and tried this tailor which was recommended to me by a close friend. Went in with no knowledge of fabric or how a suit should be chosen and came out with all the knowledge I should have. Very friendly couple with excellent service catering to my needs and demands. Loved the finishing of the suit . It was a wholesome experience for me. Didn’t know tailoring for a suit is an experience of its own. Highly recommended.

Hi Fiona,thank you for your enquiry. Changing a full set including the sleeves will cost RM40.00 onwards, depending on the type of buttons.

Amazing service and fit

I got a suit which fits perfectly. DeePee is easy and uncomplicated. We had good fun and enjoyed the atmosphere. Only small changes during the fittings. DeePee has a good understanding.

My Favourite Suit

I had a suit jacket, pants, and 2 work shirts made. It was a very friendly experience with plenty of help, and I came out with now my favourite suit and shirts to wear to work. I will make sure to go back here if I ever need another suit.
