Located at the suicide crossing of Rezanof Drive and Mill Bay Road. Two beer limit (Alaskan law?) and no food. Not a problem as a pizza place is next door and growlers to go. 5 flagship brews with Wing-Nut Brown being perfect for the time of year. Multitude of ales that take you in delicious directions from the flagship are... More

The brewmaster/bartender/proprietor does an amazing job brewing and serving a huge variety of great beers. I'd eat there too if they served food. He makes some small batches and the beer choices change often. I was really impressed by his skills. It is conveniently located, he is friendly and helpful, and the patrons are fun.

My wife had I thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Kodiak and the local beer definitely made our experience even more pleasurable. From the light Sunshine to the amber style beers, there is something for almost all all tastes

Enjoyed some of the local brews. I had a tasting of half a dozen of their offerings, including Sarah Pale Ale.My husband opted for a glass of the North Pacific Ale. A delightful experience. And they opened early to accommodate our ship's early afternoon departure. The staff was quite friendly.

This place perfectly defines Kodiak. It's a place where EVERYONE is welcome. This place is super friendly and easy going. It's perfectly acceptable to bring your (well behaved)dog, baby, toddlers, teenagers, ect.... even your elderly grandparents will also feel comfortable here. It's low key and a fun place to relax and hang out with friends or make new ones. It's... More

This was an amazing place with a concrete floor, wooden benches, a few chairs and about 12 different types of craft beer. 8 of us did our best to get through them all. Dogs are allowed as long as they don't bark and are on a leash and there were some magnificent canines present enjoying the ambience. This was very... More

We stopped by this place late Sunday afternoon and it was packed with people hanging out drinking beer. All ages, kids, babies, and dogs. All having a good time. The bar tender gave us tastes of several beers based on our preferences and then we each ordered a pint of our favorite. Tasty unique beers!

This place has a variety of beers on tap, and some good souvenirs. It's within easy walking distance of the Best Western, and most of the downtown area. Friendly bartenders. They'll give samples before you have to commit to a pint.

Great beer and selection. Staff are friendly, and if you go around 5 you can mingle with the locals. It is a tasting room with plenty of space. Customers can bring food in and don't be surprised to see dogs mingling too.
