Very disappointing site. Although there are a few buildings, there is only access to the hall; which is poorly maintained. Access to the dovecote etc is out of bounds. Compared to the Priest's House and the Treasurer's House, local attractions, it is a great disappointment.

Difficult to find but that was probably just us! Very interesting to anyone with a love of history, well worth a visit.

The old buildings are not kept up well very good use for the annual fair not really used well as they are in poor state of repair.

this is a national trust building but it is free which is nice. It has the information boards to tell you what it would have been like in medieval times. It only takes about 15 mins to look round but its worth it. We visited...More

Stoke-sub-handom lovely lovely little village, a nice relaxing break. Well worth going to see. Would recommend, beautiful views churches, priory, stunning views.
