Amazing site definitely recommend it to everyone. Take the tour and get a proper insight it is definitely worth it. there is loads of history to this cave too.

We did the basic caving (dry caving). There were a lot of steps so it might be challenging for little children. The wind tunnel was amazing.

It will be too tight. You have to consider your journey back out to Ipoh train station from Gua Tempurung. Not advisable.

I would say Gua Tempurung is not wheelchair/stroller friendly because it have lots of steps.

If you're not planning to do underground river exploration then take the tour right up to her "top of the world". The cavern is impressive at the end.
