Nearly nine years to the day since our previous visit (no excuses, it is only a 30' drive!) and we returned to this lovely place. Lots of creatures you hardly ever see, such are red squirrels, otters and adders. Definitely worth a visit.

This was an ideal place for us to take our elderly relative as it's on a small scale with level paths and plenty of seating. What made it a lovely experience was the opportunity to see the animals close up with talks from the keepers...More
