We had just been to Figsbury Ring. This site is so much bigger. You can park at the bottom or follow the road up to more parking. There are some rather feral toilets, ladies BYO toilet paper. There are lots of walks all over this...More

Definitely worth a visit, there is an easily accessible car park and beautiful views when you get the top. It is a little steep if you have a pushchair but very much worth a visit.

Spent an afternoon with my family and our dog walking around this old hill fort. It has some stunning views of the rolling countryside over Andover and Stockbridge!

The site itself is located off the road, along a track, with two free car parks - one at the bottom of the hill and one much nearer the top. Beware if you use the post-code that your sat-nav may not be totally accurate! The...More

Huge earth walls, how amazing they must have looked at the time it was lived in. A great walk, interesting history, free, inspiring views. If you like any of this sort of stuff, then go here. We went to the museum in Andover and watched...More
