I have visited Heureka plenty of times during past ten years. It is one of the best entertainment park in Finland with its high quality exhibitions. Now there was a exhibition of the anatomy of animals which was very interesting and informative. The main exhibition has changed under the years but could change more often. The planetarium is a bit... More

It is a real diamond! We went there (a family of four, children 13 and 16) and had a great time. We went with a train, you reach the station in 20 minutes, from the Central Helsinki Station, and you need 10 minutes by foot from the train station to Heureka. There are so many activities you can do. One... More

We went with our six year old grandson and he had a wonderful time, testing all the different scientific things. You can easily spen some 3 hours looking at everything and even more if you have time to watch some interesting movies in the Planetarium-cinema theater. Recommended!

It's quite a small science museum, but very engaging and interesting - lots of hands-on exhibits with multi-lingual displays. Best to come on less crowded days so you can have more opportunities to interact with the displays and the objects. The virtual driving simulation, Body Worlds Animals Inside Out exhibit, and the various science demonstrations including the rattleback, Wimshurst machine,... More

The place is not really very big but has fascinating attractions, it is very interactive and great not just for kids…I was taking turns with them and I am 45. Definitely the best place in Vantaa, although the entrance is a bit high 22/15 euros (adults/children). The Body worlds is an excellent exhibition. Make sure you check for the short... More

Heureka can be very popular and wait to get in can be more than 30 minutes - buying tickets in advance is highly recommended. There were a lot of children and families during our visit. The animal exhibition was great and very informative. Staff is helpful and can further explain the topics covered in Heureka.

Fun way of learning new things that relate to your everyday-life. Lots of activities the kids can try, like driving a car(simulation), building an igloo, different games and puzzles and so on. Different things of interest for kids (and adults) of all ages.

We spent a full day at Heureka. Our kids loved things like buiding there own miniature race cars and the session in the chemistry lab. Some of the installations are really interesting even for grown-ups, such as the alcohol cloud chamber visualizing cosmic radiation. The parking was free and the Heureka restaurant was great (we had the asian buffe for... More
