East to access, friendly stewards and security for the match. Great view of everything on the pitch, despite the chilling cold.

First visit for our young grandchildren who live in the South of England. Staff arranged for a welcome announcement on the electronic board at half time. Were able to be in the family enclosure. Very welcoming just a pity the team didn't win! Maybe next time.

So I went to Newcastle for a weekend with a friend and we decided that we should do a stadium tour.. I am glad we did. It was really interested and ran by someone who LOVES the club and has been there for years. All the information passed on to us were really interesting. The stadium itself is quite nice... More

I always think when going to a football stadium as an away supported the stewarding can be over officious but on this occasion the stewards we both polite and helpful. The seats for visitors are very high up and many stairs need to be climbed. If you have any mobility issues I suggest you see if there is a lift... More

Went to the match of Sunderland v Tottenham because we were invited by one of the club sponsors. I've been to a few corporate match events in the rugby league world but they don't come close to this. The lavish surroundings of the Business Enclosure and the way your are looked after was second to none. The food, oh my,... More

The best football stadium in the Northeast, the best fans in the northeast. Great views no matter where you are seated, it's just a pity that sometimes the football played doesn't always live up to expectations. Ha'way the lads

This is where you take your soul to die. I wish to God I wasn't raised tribal so I could have a go supporting a team that didn't crush your dreams year on year. Terrible football. Not cheap either and stewards are ex gestapo. Save your money and stay at home on a Saturday afternoon and just punch yourself in... More

The Stadium of Light , the home of the once mighty Sunderland AFC. The stadium is well built and deserving of so much more from the football club that calls it home. Even more deserving are the 40 plus thousand that regularly turn up to watch their home team of which I am one. Impossible to predict a winning visit... More
