An interesting place to casually visit but it surely could be improved a lot - especially the restaurant. We were part of a bus tour but the guide who met us and led the site tour was dressed in a modern and very casual way....More

We are a party of 4 adults from England visiting relatives in Saint John. We visited Kings Landing on Friday and had an amazing day. The whole experience is fantastic, bringing history to life. The workers are so friendly and knowledgeable and brilliantly 'in character'....More

This was our 3rd visit and the site is now divided into Museum on one side of the Creek and Village on the other side. The village is where everything is period including the dress and the first person interpretors living on the buildings. Very...More

There is so much to see and do here! Start with a wagon ride to see the farm and get over to the village. Once there, you can spend hours exploring the various historical homes and speaking with people in character who share information about...More

My husband and I went to Kings Landing (two 30 year olds) and we loved it! We only had two hours before they closed, which we thought was lots of time, but if we were to return, we'd definitely plan for more (3.5-4 hours?). We...More

Great place to go - especially with children. Really gives you an insite into an earlier time in Canada's History. Great to see the volunteers staying in character throughout, you find yourself trying to adjust to this when asking questions and using more modern references,...More

Stopped on our way out of NB to give the kids a mid-day break and was glad we went - They loved being around the horses and at the blacksmiths watching tools being created. They loved having a break at the ice cream shop before...More

We've seen a few of this type of museum but this surpasses all of them. Walking in the village and talking with the villagers you are taken back to the 1800's and become a part of it! I asked about the rent on one house...More
