If you have already visited caves like Postojna and Skocjan in Slovenia then you would not quite enjoy this cave. It's a small cave. Not a must see but if you have time at hand then you can go and visit this cave.

I wouldn't put it as a must do. But the guide was good. A nice way to spend an hour or you are in the neighborhood

A unexpected gem. It was definitely worth the 50 Kuna and hour it takes to tour the caves. An informative guide, happy to answer questions and point out the main features of the caves. Highlights were spotting a few of the local bat residents and...More

We had a great guide on our trip, very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The cave itself had some great sites (although I have seen better looking ones) and lots of history to it. The stories of the guide is what makes it more interesting. It made...More

Not the most extensive caves I've visited, but the most interesting, and best tour explaining the history of the region, as well as developments since prehistory in the caves.

We were the first visitors to arrive in the morning and parked next to the only car - down a lane by the cave entrance. We paid our entrance fee to the lovely lady behind the counter and were informed that we would be given...More

We enjoyed our trip to Barac Caves - especially as it was so hot outside! Many caves aimed at visitors tend to overdo the lighting and footpaths - and as a result, the cave loses its natural appeal. The Barac Caves haven't done this and...More

The caves are not very deep, but offer amazing views. Our guide was very well informed and the tour was really interesting. And it was also a fresh break from the hot summer!
