Photogenic place to tour around. Whilst our guide was not as easy to understand as I would have liked, we still got the gist of the finer points of the different grapes, methods of blending and differing finished sherry types. Apart from the first 'dry'...More

Alicia presented a clear discussion of winemaking and types of grapes. She was most convivial. This was a wonderful experience especially for sherry drinkers.

This was a fascinating experience and better executed than I was expecting. Alicia, our guide was very fluent in English and keen for us to ask questions. Her knowledge was extensive and it was all very informative. It cost E8 for an adult and E3.50...More

Excellent, informative tour and tasting of Sandeman sherrys. The tours leave in the 1/2 hour in English and on the hour in Spanish. Explanation of sherry making process. Our guide was well versed and could answer all questions. Sherry tasting good if you like sherry.

Really interested in taking kids to places which are definitely Spanish and a trip to one of the sherry bodegas was definitely on the cards this year. Entering Jerez, there is quite a choice of Bodegas, but we'd found Sandeman on TripAdvisor, so we headed...More

There are lots of bodegas to choose from but this one appealed as the tasting options included more vintage sherries and also brandies. Very informative and interesting tour led by Lidia who spoke wonderful English even when describing quite complicated processes. The tasting was amazing...22...More

My thoughts are since you are going to 5 cities in 11 days, I would skip Jerez. Enjoy sherry in the restaurants in the beautiful towns you are visiting. My humble opinion too would be to go to less cities - and enjoy the... More
