If you can keep it straight you should score well

Although there are eleven holes with water hazards, only holes 5, 12, 13, 14 and 17 should cause those who hit the ball reasonably straight to sit up and take note. Hole 14 makes... read more

If you're like me who hits the ball miles but never straight then take a snorkel, diving gear and bucket & spade because there's a lot of water and sand. For my game this course is a no-no and waste of time and money.

This is a beautiful golf course in a fantastic location. Practice facilities are good and the staff are helpful. Reasonably priced clubhouse and bar.

Just returned from a fabulous golf trip to Portugal. Loved this golf course. Quite challenging but extremely pretty with lots of water to go over and around! Fine if you are a straight hitter. Everything is well organised and runs to time. Buggies are quite expensive €40 so we opted for a trolley€5. We will go again, I'm sure.

Although there are eleven holes with water hazards, only holes 5, 12, 13, 14 and 17 should cause those who hit the ball reasonably straight to sit up and take note. Hole 14 makes you consider your line for both the tee shot and the approach shot as it is a well designed dog-leg. As for those who spray the... More

A tough course, you will need to think about a huge proportion of your shots and hope you hit them well. A tough ask for a player off over 18 i would say. To give you some idea on how tough it is i can say water comes into play on 11 holes and there are 85 bunkers to avoid.... More

Decent course. Played during August as a family of four using the Oceanic Summer Special deal (pay for two adults and receive complementary golf for two juniors if teeing off after 11am). Weather is hot during August but lovely breeze so as long as you have water its perfect. Laguna is the cheapest of the five Oceanico courses and in... More

We preferred Millennium, but Laguna is also a very good course. A bit more exposed and with way more water hazards to watch out for so a good challenge. Also, a warning that the rocky gully along the right of the 9th fairway appear to be the home of some snakes, so worth leaving any balls hit in there!!

We played as a couple and booked a buggy in the deal. There were no players in front or behind to be seen it was like having a personal round to ourselves. We loved the course and would definitely play there again. The meal after was plentiful

Played laguna first course on our golf trip lovely place didn't really have anything to compare it to but enjoyed it. Quite a bit of water and bunkers placed right in front of the green, staff friendly and lovely patio area for a drink after.

Great course. I can only compare this to Victoria. Not as good or as mint but still a great course with plenty of great holes. Plenty of water and constant bunkers makes it Challenging I would play here again :-)
