Hi It is better to check the local weather and tide details. But as a thumb rule the highest tide supposedly occurs during full moon days and decreases gradually over days.

I my opinion you will not have any problem reaching a place to see the temple, the path is very smooth, you will not be able to get to the temple in the beach but you still will get a nice view of all of it. Dont hesitate... More
