So I went here with family members, good to have a extra auntie there to help out I guess :P we were 4 adults and 4 kids (from the ages of 1-8) This was a great place to hangout for 2 days. A lot of fun stuff for the kids to do, like a few rides, swimming pools and the... More

We've stopped here a few times when traveling through with kids. It's a great way to let the kids blow off some steam on a long trip, and a nice place to take in some fantastic scenery for the grown-ups.

We have enjoyed the facilities of the Mikkel-park two years in a row. Select a nice weather day and bring children in the 3-7 years range. There isn't that much of cool attractions, but nice for a few hours stay with small children. The pool era has been too crowded for our taste, but might offer a chilling break after... More

This park is great fun for the children! The breathtaking wiew in the fjord offer more than a relaxing atmosphere for the grown ups. This is a park where the children can spend days entertained with the local mascot Mikkel, or chill in the pool. Take a break and enjoy the weekend.

Nice for kids 2-10 ish.. A little smal, but that's nice too, easy to get an over view and good for the youngest. Activities could have been a little lager and there could have been more for the little bit older kids. Also I missed having a map of the area, as a first timer, I didn't know where anything... This park is in an incredibly beautiful setting surrounded by a beautiful forest, majestic mountains and lovely streams. You can tell the park is for families with young kids as there isn't much for teenagers to do there, but even they will LOVE the pools and water-slides. As an adult, you may not enjoy if you are by yourself, but... More

A nice location in the middle of Kinsarvik in Hardanger - Norway. Nice facilities and a great pool-area for the kids. Animals, boats, cars and so on. A place where you can easily use an entire day with the kids :)

Its a nice park and inexpensive (If one buys the season ticket). There are not many attractions for adults, but kids between the ages of three and seven (or maybe eight) would love it. It is not so far from Bergen (Norways second biggest city), its a little over two hours by car from Bergen.

I can see this park being to childish for schoolchildren, but for the smallest it is great. Food is pretty lackluster though, and prices are expensive.
