Quiet in December

It was pretty quiet when we were there in December. Still above average British summer temperatures though! Probably a bit chilly for the locals tho!

As mentioned before its a 70's /80's decor hotel ok but very remote. Great for diving and access to gozo ferry and fishing. Apart from that nothing else here

It is a beautiful beach with golden sand, the water is crystal clear and the landscape is quite impressive.

This is a popular spot on the island especially... More

The beach is situated at the top of the island, just round the corner from the Gozo ferry. It is approachable from 2 roads, which meet in the middle and culminate in a sizeable car park. It is also reachable by public transport. Once there, you have to decend stairs to reach the golden sands. There is also a restaurant... More

Close to the Ferry Port is Paradise Bay. A good view is afforded close to the Port but if you want to go access is via a narrow road which is clearly signed. Like most of Malta the sea is clear and beautiful with a blue tint. It was not too busy when we were there (Oct 2016)
