We took a walk out to the cliff top at Ta'Cenc and were not disappointed. It was wonderful to see the steep cliifs and azure blue sea below (not a place for people afraid of heights). Also pleased that you can't drive cars out there, so was lovely and quiet!

This appeared to be a sleepy town, very quiet and nothing to offer, there was a pharmacy and a couple of supermarkets

If you're after a very relaxed holiday and love being spoiled visit the beautiful Island of Gozo and stay at the Ta' Cenc Hotel. The bungalows are very comfortable and the pools are next to most of them. The patios with each bungalow gives one the choice to sunbathe in privacy. The inside warm pool is also extended to outside... More

We walked on a round trip from Sannat. The cold beer was welcome. So were the instructions and map to help us walk out!

If you're into cart tracks and dolmens, then head for Ta Cenc. As you head towards the cliffs away from the town, the dolmen is on the left side of the road almost facing the church across the valley. On the opposite side of the dust road is a menhir or standing stone, and if you head deeper into that... More

Really great food, highly recommended overlooking the sea. Good sized portions reasonably priced. You can anchor a boat just below the restaurant

My sole area of criticism is breakfast. There is no system for the service. No menu is provided so for example options for a choice of eggs can only be obtained by asking. If you order say poached eggs there are no table numbers and nothing is written down. This order may be handed verbally to another waiter who subsequently... More

So worth the 10 minute walk from the road. The limestone kast pavements give way to the most dramatic cliffs with panoramic scenes of the Malta archipelago. The solid rock clifftop allows up to the edge views - somewhat vertiginous as you can safely* lie on the edge and look straight down 145 metres. There's miles of walking in a... More

This is a really beautiful resort. I have read some criticism of the 5 stars - I think its got to be kept within context. Gozo is an unspoilt, simple island - which is its charm. This hotel is a taste of luxury within that, and the combination is wonderful. The hotel pools are fabulous and kept very clean. The... More
