This is something you must see if you visit Bosnia. Great and informative centre, with the perspectives of the widows, the government and the Dutch UN soldiers who were supposed to protect the enclave. It doesn't judge but shows what has happened.

I visited the Srebrenica–Potočari Memorial and Cemetery for the Victims of the 1995 Genocide on a cold and snowy day in March. We started off by watching an extremely harrowing film about the week in July 1995 when Bosnian Serb forces, led by Ratko Mladić,...More

Srebrenica Genocide Memorial is a sad memory of genocide that happened here in the 1990's. It's a reminder of how humans with hate can kill their neighbors. It is also sad that every country turned their heads and all that was left were body parts...More

This memorial and the museum is a reminder of what we are capable of, as human beings. It is very sobering to learn about what happened in July 1995, and a incredibly moving experience.
