A great beach, with shelter from the trees, if needed. Lots of soft white sand, great for walking and for sunning. Great view of the island, and lots of room, so it never feels crowded.

A cool day, but the tide was out so I could walk on the shore. Not one of the longest beaches but with a nice boardwalk for access, lots of white sand on a curved shore, and beautiful views of Coffin and other offshore islands. It can be tricky to find, especially if coming up the coast rather than down... More

Just dropped in to see this beach as had never been there before. A hidden jem. Easy to miss the turn off. A curving kilometer of white sand, very few people although some families having fun. Stiff breeze when we were there but the trees were not permanently leaning so I can only assume that this was unusual. The water... More

This is our favourite beach. Not a lot of people and amenities, but port a potties, change houses, picnic park.

Drive by Beach Meadows Beach if you are looking for a beach packed full of people and no space for you and your sun screen! This beach is so beautiful, lots of space, and nice sand, a good beach for swimming. No life guards. I'm giving it an excellent, but, promise you will keep it a secret.

Our most recent visit to Beach Meadows was about our 3rd and like the others, was most pleasant and relaxing. We packed a small lunch, laid back and enjoyed the sun for a few hours and took a leisurely stroll along the cozy somewhat secluded beach. Water was clean and clear (a tad chilly of course) and the fine sand... More

This beach was way better before they turned it into a park. Besides that, the sand is gray in color, Coffin's Island is in front of the beach and the waves rolling in are a beautiful sound to hear. If you walk the beach its a nice long walk. Around the bend is where the fresh water from the stream... More
