Everyone should go to the show to support the threatened NZ falcon, the kārearea. Very informative talk/show and it was a privilege to hold one. The staff were very friendly and passionate about helping the birds.

A great place to visit and wonder at the wildlife we have in NZ. This place is truly a must see when in Rotorua . You wont be disappointed

Here you can get up close with the birds at the regular shows , the daily shows with great handlers make for an excellent value show, cafe

we could view hawks, owls/ruru, falcons in their aviaries,and witnessed a falcon flying demo with a super-interesting commentary, would recommend to everyone!!! (please keep quiet around the birds, esp. toddlers and babies...)

There is a souvineer shop that you can have a look around and a small educational museum there as well. You can have a look through the aviary before the show that has falcons,hawks and moreporks in their own enclosures. To... More

Yes they are. Their promotional material says open 9am-3pm all weathers. Flying display at 2pm. I highly recommend it.
