Wonderful facade
May 2019 • Couples
This government building with 51 coats of arms of local families covering the facade was originally constructed in the 15th Century. You will not miss it if you walk the main street of Radda.

Very tiny village
Aug 2018 • Couples
We heard good stories about Radda, but honestly its just two streets that you are able to see in ten minutes. Would not recommend making a detour to see it. Castellina in Chianti has more to offer you.

more commercial than most towns in the area
Apr 2018 • Couples
Radda is more commercial than most towns in the area, but this is no bad thing as it thus offers a wider selection of local stores to peruse. The medieval charm is however still abundant. The Palazzo is set in a square which contains a fountain set into the wall below the church. Spend an hour or two just wandering around the narrow cobbled streets.

Nice little square
Aug 2016 • Couples
Radda is a very nice little town. In the middle of the town this square is located with a church and the old town hall.

You feel like returned to middle ages
Jun 2016 • Couples
You feel like returned to middle ages.
Now it is one of the administrative buildings in the old town.
We visited Radda in Chianti on weekend and this palace was closed, but another good thing was happened. There took place the wine festival in the town and all happened near the palace.

a famous Chianti Classico town
Mar 2015 • Solo
This and Gaiole nearby are two of the better wine towns in the Classico region fo Chianti both should be visited for a better idea of where the straw covered bottles of wine originate. These twon are old and have historic buildings but the ambiance is just as important.

Picturesque Chianti hill town
Oct 2015 • Family
This is a beautiful hill town. It is more commercial, meaning it has more stores, than for example, Certaldo. But the beauty is present everywhere you walk. This Palazzo is an example, with a large square lying before it. We spent a wonderful morning just wandering around the narrow cobbled streets. Don't miss an "underground" series of alleys apparently dating from medieval times, where you pass through tunnel-like
areas.

Radda
Jul 2015 • Friends
The Palazzo is only one of several quaint, historical buildings in this beautiful town. The town is not big and the lovely alleys and the tiny square can be viewed in little over an hour. A must if one is in the area.

Jul 2015 • Friends
We attended an art show here and it was quite well organised. A good venue for these types of exhibits.
