A but far app 5kms. 4 from Assisi railway station. Linea C bus available. But very few services. We walked. Old cathedral is nestled in the new one. Very important for St Francis lovers. Nice view of Assisi. Good farms.

I love the location of this church and to my surprise there was an original hut built by St. Francis and his brothers inside. So much history. This is the place where tourists mostly missed when they visit Assisi.
