It was our first visit to Chasewater, and we had a good walk around the lake. There were a large number of ducks & swans on the water, and we spotted other birds around the waters edge. It was a very cold day, so did not do the complete circuit, but said we would be happy to return and explore the... More

We visit this park most weekends to walk round the pool. It's a lovely walk, approx 3 miles with the opportunity to see lots of different species of birds as well as lots of deer. Well worth a visit for both walkers, runners & cyclists.

We visited at the beginning of January when the railway and water sports centres were closed but it was still a nice half day. Good walk of about 3 1/2 miles around with plenty of opportunities ro lengthen the walk. Lots of bird life. The innovation centre was open but the cafe had a very poor selection of food and... More

This is an excellent place for a low-key visit to somewhere natural, albeit man made. The visitor centre by the entrance gates has W/Cs and a friendly little café serving drinks and snacks with - you can sit outside with dogs. Another café at train station by speedboat club is also friendly, and allows dogs inside, which is great at... More

I came here to do a run but got here early so had a good look around. Although it was a cold winters day it seemed a really pleasant setting with great views across the water as well as a children's play area, cafe and lots of paths and trails. I will definitely return just to have a walk along... More

We popped out for an early walk. It was brilliant on a sunny autumn morning. Great way to start a weekend. And a decent little pokemon hunt.

Good area to go for a walk safely with children. There is a small park area. Cafe and a museum which also has a small shop inside that sells items about the area. There are units that sell items. A working railway and at Christmas they have a trip to see santa. There's jet boats over the far side and... More

With close links to Tamworth, decided to visit on the spare of the moment with the kids. A five year old boy and 11 year old girl. Easy access, free car parking and lots of space to boot. We visited the kids play park which was small, had a few little slides and a swing. Kept the kids entertained for... More
