Thank you very much for your lovely feedback! Yes we love hosting children's parties! It's just such a joy to see how much fun and excitement they bring! The birthday child gets to sit in a throne in either of our birthday areas, they love it :) Royal regards, Nina Head Wench More

Wasn't sure whether this was going to be good, my teenage boys actually had a good time to my surprise and got into the atifacts, I'd say they related because of the online games they play. They got into the treasure hunt aswell. Truly surprised me. Ended up spending over an hour in there. And I got lost, Well worth... More

$55 for a family of 5, spent no more than 1 hour there. Not much in the way of history, more a huge display of dolls. Personally wouldn't return with current prices. Would pay $30 max

Dear Claire, thank you for your honest words. It is a shame to hear that you didn't find our history information boards educational at all. Usually our visitors spend more than an hour in the castle to read all the information and look at the displays. I am sorry that this didn't appeal to you. The doll museum at the... More

We spent over an hour there and had a look at everything from bottom to up the tower and back down to the shop and cafe. We had an interesting chat with Sir Justyn about his armour and their history. We also found most of the points on the treasure hunt. Great for a history lesson if you want to... More

Great for kids, had fun finding clues. Interesting setup. Needs some maintenance, but in a kids mind it was fun, that's what counts!

+: Nice little castle, good for about 45-60 min diversion. Very small compared to European castles. Cute little displays and opportunities to take photos with various props. -: LOTS of narrow staircases, be careful if you're traveling with very little ones. My 3yo was ok but slow up and down.

If your Grandies are into Mike the Knight, Princesses or such like they'll love this castle at Bli Bli. It's been open on the coast for many years and is in need of some upgrading but good for something different.

I visited the castle 14 years ago and thought I would take my family there for a visit. The castle has a lot of historical information and the views are just gorgeous! Wasn`t expecting much from the castle, but I was pleasantly surprised. Visited on a rainy day, and as it is mainly indoors, it was a good time to visit. Lots of interesting things to see, and the kids loved it...you can even dress up in armour, and there is a quiz for the kids, and they get a prize when... More
