Dourakis Winery is an award winning boutique winery located at Alikambos,Chania on the island of Crete since 1988. Enjoy a wonderful drive on the Chania- Rethymno highway that run along the north coast of Crete. Leaving Chania behind you will turn right towards Vrisses which is located 32 km's before Rethymno.The stone winery is open year round to visitors who wish to enjoy a tour of its facilities, as well as a full tasting of all the wines. There is also an Art Gallery plus a beautiful museum for you to enjoy!Looking forward to meeting you all! All tours & tastings need to be pre-booked. Serving minors under 18 is prohibited by law.

A fantastic winery to visit. We had a nice tour of the winery and the cellar. After that a good lunch with all the local products.

Wine is an experience and both the people and the wines of dourakis winery are not going to fall short in communicating this to you. The setting is wonderfull their cellars are unique as they are located inside the mountain of alicabos and their wines...More

This is the best winery for wine tasting. They gave you an informative tour where the owners explain about the proces. The wine tastes nice, it is however not so organized as wineries in Stellenbosch.More

Beautiful warm spring day. Pleasant relaxing tasting. Nice wine nice welcome. Chatted with Danish visitors who unfortunately dinged our hire car on the their way out! Honest and apologetic and bought us a bottle of Syrah grape Kudos which cannot be recommended more highly! Well...More
