Waterfall and picnic area not too far from the city.
Toilets and shower area facilities available.
Some small parking area for cars.
For those who want to do some short hiking so climb up to the higher waterfalls via the staircase pathway.
For the advance you can hike up to bukit unyang which can take 2-4 hours. Its a moderate to hard hike as elevation is quite steep and trail is narrrow and uncleared since this is not a popular hiking route for locals.

If you like to swim in natural springs this is a nice pkace to go. It is recommende to avoid weekends as it is filled up with locals. It cost 7 ringgit for entrance and car park.

A truely gorgeous place to visit. Natural beauty of the rain forest, the water falls and rivers is just enchanting. Higly recommended. We took a taxi to Templer park and asked the guy to wait for us. Great arrangement.

Natural view of green and water was so beautiful in the middle of jungle with amazing waterfall you can go up till swimming pool
Many people ready to swim and other people making grilled chicken as picnics
At the entrance we pay 17 RM fee for 6 person then there is market who sale tasty coconut fruit (was so delicious) or ice cream then there is little monkeys at the garden you can feed her breads but they are going crazy happy If you give ice cream once you decide to set find place without ants it’s every where
Hope to see this place soon

We were pleasantly surprised when we got here - very pretty and easy to get to
We had been hot and sticky so we opted for a lovely dip in the water at the base of a small waterfall
There were plenty of bins provided so a pity people don’t choose to use them !

Easy to find and a relatively easy walk to get to the waterfalls. The pools are really nice and cooling. Plenty of monkeys around so make sure you watch your belongings.

Templer park is known for its greenery and waterfalls. I went there on a weekend so it was crowded. It is a popular picnic spot for many locals. People would gather especially on hot days to enjoy the coolness of the breezy surrounding and cold water falls. But we have to careful with leeches. If you plan to go to Templer Park, don't forget change of clothes as you can't resist the waterfalls.

Firstly, you need to know that there are 2 major waterfalls. Templer Park is also connected with Hutan Rimba Ulu Kanching which also has a very nice waterfall. Ulu Kanching Forest Reserve and Recreation is in the latter. Once you pay and go into the car-parks (there is another car-park about 70 meters away from the official car-park), you begin your trek up with many other people along the clearly designated trek. The place is crowded on the weekends and public holidays. Once you reach the place where the majority of people are, look out for concrete stairs which lead to a jungle trek which after 100 meters or so of simple and easy trekking, will lead you to level 4 and 5 waterfalls.

Really beautiful place. The climb to the later waterfalls is quite challenging so bring decent walking shoes. It's just a shame that so many of the visitors do not respect their environment and fling rubbish about when there are bins yards away. I took a trash bag and cleared up quite a bit. If everyone filled one bag it would be so much nicer. The air is so clean and swimming under the waterfalls is exhilarating.
