This hotel was very nice. The rooms were very clean. All hotel staff were very attentive. The pools were awesome. The view was outstanding. Massages were very affordable. So close to Bogota.

I went on a Sunday which is worst day. The cost is $10 and the pools are crowded. Monday is less than $7 and very likely less crowded. The water was warm around 80F. Other pools might have been warmer but were even more crowded. I found a corner in the deep end that kept me from getting kicked or... More

The facilities are pretty good, nice winding drive to get there, pools are nice but don't look like thermals, disappointed that steam room and sauna were close 2:30 hour prior the closing time, showers have no water pressure, food took an hour to arrive, and if you want to pay with credit card you have to walk at the front... We went on weekday ( I am sure weekends must be unbearable) and it was crowded (week after new year , still holiday season, that's why too many people I suppose). Several pools, very big one was empty, one for hotel guests (private) and another one with some sort of water fall, also 3 small Jacuzzi. We arrived by 11... More

Well we lasted 10 minutes in the three pools combined, searching for hot, relaxing, therapeutic waters, but alas only lukewarm water was to be found. I've been to thermal waters before, and these pools felt nothing like thermal. We did go on a holiday weekend, so maybe it's not always jam-packed with ball-playing kids, but imagine the water isn't any... More

This may be off the beaten track for foreigners, but it is a popular retreat for Colombians. I have lived in Bogota for 2 years, so I'm not expecting 5* whitewashed hotels everywhere I go. We visited over the Christmas holidays, when of course it was going to be busier, but the spa should put a limit on the number... More

To get here, take a bus from Bogota: walking on Caraccas avenue towards South, turn right on Caille 6. About 100 meters after the turn, you'll see an interior parking area with small busses. Ask for the one going to Choachi, about 1hr trip in the mountains, cost is about 8500COP per person. Then once at Choachi, get a local... More

We spent an night with family (5 of us) enjoying the aguas termales. We purchased an overnight promotion that was all inclusive including a massage. The price averaged about $50 per person. The hotel rooms were spacious with plenty of room for the 5 of us, although we spent little time there, mostly enjoyed relaxing in the various pools. The... More

So, my husband and I were really excited that there was a hot spring in Bogota and thought it would be comparable to Costa Rica. We were sorely mistaken. First, we hired a car from our hotel, the Embassy Suites, to take us to Termales. It is a 1:30 drive in the windy mountains of Bogota to get to the... More
