When planning a bike trip from Amiens to Doullens and Lucheux, I noticed that this underground city was along the trajectory. It turned out to be the most interesting site of the three. The most interesting aspect is the size of this underground city, which...More

Great spot to visit. An English audio guide and you are away to explore at your own pace. Found the light on my phone hand on occasions to see more detail. The cafe stops serving food quite early but is still available for drinks. Enjoyed...More

The children's play park was closed. Disappointing for our young son who had to walk past it all - and it looked so appealing! If the park being open is important to your visit, it might be worth checking it's open first. Caves were interesting...More

The park outside was closed. Try explaining to a 6 year old that we have to walk past this fun park to get to see the ducks but we're not allowed to used the fun park!

Dropped in to see the underground city. Fascinating hour or so of history, old and new, and also an enjoyable walk around the park afterwards. I could imagine this would be good on a rainy day but there's also plenty to do for small children...More
