Weekday bicycle ride from Taman Tasik Milenium to entrance Sungai Chiling (16km). Best to leave before 730am so it is more cooling and to avoid traffic as this is a trunk road and you need to take caution of the cars and lorries as some spots are a bit narrow. The ride towards the direction of Bukit Frasers was uphill so the return ride was great downhill. Great views of the rapids from the bridge and Ampangan dam. Beware of the dogs on the road if riding alone. They tend to stay away if you are ride in a pack. Had an excellent kampung food at Dam Cafe near Darul Quran. Hope to arrange ride up to Frasers Hill later.
