Great place for BBQ's or picnics, play areas for the kids as well. The Cotter Dam is really something to see since they opened the new dam.

Visited this spot recently and what a lovely out-of-the-bustle area. The dam wall is spectacular and the park itself, with the stream running through it, is a delight. Great for families, or even just on your own to amble through.
