Bonza Bike Tours was founded in 2004 to create a unique experience in Sydney. Before we came around, there was no way to see all that Sydney has to offer without killing your feet or being stuck behind the window of a bus. We focus on creating a fun environment where you can become part of the active lifestyle that Sydney is famous for, while having a few laughs with fellow travelers. We look forward to seeing you in Sydney – and Melbourne, too!

Sydney Harbour Bridge Tour

What a great way to get to know some of Sydney. We had great weather and Tess was an outstanding guide. The lunch sandwich was superb. We highly recommend this.

This was our first but certainly not our last city bike tour. What an amazing time did we had with our guide Brady, yes, the one from the Brady bunch. His knowledge about Sydney and the places we went were absolute amazing. We had a great time and highly recommend this tour to everybody. You will visit places that normally... More

Very friendly, funny and enthusiastic guides who know all about the city. The tour is not exhausting at all and you have the time to take pictures. I truly recommend it.

What a great experience. I was really impressed with the route that we did during this tour which was on wide picturesque path ways and quiet pretty streets. Brady was a knowledgeable and very friendly guide that did his best to make us all feel comfortable. The locations were brilliant including a stop at Sydney's oldest pub for a drink.... More

Hey there, thank you so much for your lovely review! There are some really gorgeous bike paths around the city. Brady is a fantastic guide and really knows how to get the energy going... and then beers at the pub keeps it going ;) It's great to hear you had fun, and those photos are fantastic - awesome work! we did the bike tour today - weather was rather cool, but I think that was good! The tour is 17.5km and the "hard" part is at the beginning. We had Tess as tour guide - very nice young lady - and she gave us tips for later visits/eateries as well. Strongly recommended :-)

I took the Classic Bike Tour and I thoroughly enjoyed it. We hit some of Sydney's best sites. I enjoyed the stop at the pub for a short break. Our guide was great at reviewing the sites and explaining some history. She was also excellent at navigated through traffic when a detour came up.

Hey there, so glad to hear you enjoyed the Classic tour. It really does put the best of Sydney on show! The pub stop is definitely a highlight. Stopped in yesterday and asked if we need to book if we are just going to hire a bike (specified the next day) and the woman said no, we could just come in. Have arrived to the sign posted below stating they are out on a tour (their tours advertise 4hours) with no time listed when they will be back... More

Hi Christine, I am very sorry to hear of the bad experience that you had trying to rent a bike with us. We made a mistake and should have provided you with better communication on the day. Unfortunately the shop was going to be open all day, however the person running the store that day had to go out to... More

Even though the company is called Bonza Bike Tours, they actually have a very affordable and accessible hire service. It is very easy to find, considering it is so close to Circular Quay train station. Staying in The Rocks

Neighbourhood Profile
The Rocks
The first residents of the Rocks were convicts and sailors from the old nation. As the oldest neighbourhood in the city, the area's cobblestone streets host more than 100 heritage sites and buildings, including the oldest house in Sydney, Camden Cottage, which was built in 1816. Taste a “midi “ or a “schooner” of beer and dine “al fresco” on the waterfront at some of the oldest pubs in Sydney. The weekend markets at the Rocks are where you can find local artists' hand-made souvenirs, organic food and designer jewelry in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. To enjoy some of the best Australian and international contemporary art, the MCA museum is open every day and select evenings. At the end of a long day of sightseeing, be sure to save energy to dance the night away at the area's many late night entertainment venues.
