Once you find your way around the Quay to purchase your ticket and make sure you are on the correct ferry, it's a magnificent way to see the Harbour and environs. I took the ferry to the zoo then on to Manly and back. Just glorious. I used the Captain Cook hop on hop off service which included my entry... More

Jumped on the ferry to go to Manly from Circular Quay. Ferry was on time, plenty of seats, and harbour scenes along the way were just fabulous. Trip took just over 30mins but prob would take longer by car and then you miss out on the stunning harbour views and still have the added cost of parking when you reach... More

Ferries are spotless and run on time a pleasure to travel with a Seniors Opal Card - & can travel on the trains as well to shorten the trip wherever one is going.

The ferry system offers a very cheap harbour cruise. The run to Manly is a little over half an hour. As you leave Circular Quay you get all the views of the Bridge and the Opera House. Arrival in Manly is at the top of the main street and a pleasant walk to the beach. A must do

We recently caught the ferry from Circular Quay to Watson Bay on a fast-cat Ferry. The ride was comfortable even though it was packed with tourists. The crew were polite and friendly.

Used the ferry to cross to Manley Beach which was stunning. Ferry trip is great and plenty of opportunity for photos of the bridge and opera house.

Absolutely loved riding on the ferries! There is different types of ferries. And the different types travel different places! At the right time you can witness dolphins, close encounters with other vessels and have waves rock the ferry when the big massive cruise ships travel slowly into the harbour or heading out. You absolutely must travel on lots of ferries!!... More

There is no better way to see Sydney than via the ferry system. The views of major landmarks; Opera House, Bridge, numerous Bays and the Sydney skyline. Just fabulous. Even better at night time.
