We entered Sydney Harbour by cruise ship as dawn was breaking. We were disappointed that the bridge and Opera House were not lit up at 5.30am but it still felt special. Apart from the obvious attractions there is a lot to see and do and there is still quite a bit of development going on. Circular Quays is more the... More

Very good place to take a stroll and just enjoy the environment by the water. The whole area is good coming to restaurants, shops, excursions and the opera house of course.

I loved everything that surrounds Sydney Harbour area, old buildings, new buildings, the wharf, cruise ships, local cruises, people going about makes it all have a great vibe! It is very cosmopolitan yet the density of the population is just right. There is a homey feel about it. The opera house and Harbour bridge just lying opposite the other at... More

As tourists we visited the must do Sydney Opera house and the bridge. As we were staying in Plam Beach a short car journey to Manly Ferry was in order. This had to be the best way to arrive with great views of both main attractions. You will never go hungry in Sydney with more bars and eateries than you... More

One of my favourite Vista's in the world.. Sitting at the Opera Bar watching the sunset behind the Bridge.. seeing the lights of the city and Luna park come on. I did the bridge climb and it is also one of the best things I've ever done. Worth every cent.

Great place for a walk on a sunny day, or a cloudy one. Great panoramic views to be had. A variety of places to visit from here.

A typical tourist destination. Everything is over priced and very busy. There are many restaurants with large outdoor terraces. The views are spectacular. The cruise liners arrive here and they are imposing sights, it is also the gateway for all the ferries. Plenty to see and do.
