The market themselves are fairly standard, knock offs and lots of imported Chinese goods typical of commercial markets you find in most cities around the world. The fruit and veg area is great, cheaper than the supermarkets and super fresh. PARKING IS A RIPOFF! $35 for the privilege to shop at a market? And then they whinge about people shopping... More

If you are looking for cheap, china made souvenirs (key chain, magnet, soft toys, t-shirt), this is a good place in Sydney CBD. Do survey a few stalls before jumping in and buy as there many stalls selling similar items however the price varies.

Stall after stall of mostly poorly made junk. No interesting crafts. I would totally skip it; there are much better shopping areas in town.

Many cheap souvenir stands, all selling the same products. Some clothing stall, again very repetitive. No quality products but great for cheap presents.

It's a good size market area. However the stalls are pretty much the same. A lot of tacky tourist stuff.

We got ripped off. $10.00 massage ended up being $55.00. Dont know who or why but these guys are scammers! When we questioned them they got angry and very defensive. We got quiet scared! If they approach you- SAY NO! We contacted Paddys markets to report this issue and after 3 follow up emails have had no response.

Had no idea what this was until i got there. Sort of assumed from the name it was an irish thing - maybe thats in its history. Nice spot and the produce looked delicious. Good pricing too. Lot of tourist items to buy also. Worth a visit if you like markets and located in a great area for further sightseeing

Masses of stalls mainly selling the same thing - and pretty cheap. The first floor has shops as well, and the second floor has outlet shops. The free shuttle offered on their website is currently. It running.

There are those of us who derive great comfort from retail therapy, and who love the opportunity to browse through very large arrays of things we don't need, just to discover that there is something that we fall in love with instantly and must have: perhaps a feather boa in case we attend a fancy dress party, or an end... Basically a mall on the upper two floors, the bottom floor is an organized, but jam packed market full of Austalia related souvenirs. Many of the stalls have similar types of goods. Prices of similar items are priced the same at different stalls. While negotiation is limited compared to Asian countries you can "package" items. You can get discounts based... More
