Wonderful aspect of the harbour and so peaceful

Almost a peaceful oasis by comparison to the growing changes and development around it. Just a short distance from the city , Kings Cross and Potts Point and the nearby high rise... read more

Next to kings kross you can enjoy the beautiful place on the Elizabeth marina lying in the park and maybe reading a book.

So Sydney sets a pretty high standard when it comes to a park and a view. This one is cute and pretty but a bit of a yawn compares to nearby rushcutters bay. But if you are nearby it's a nice spot to stop and there is a cute espresso bar at the marina that does sandwiches.

Close to Kings Cross but not really worth visiting unless you plan to visit Rushcutter's Bay (which is a fairly big park). It's basically just a bit of greenery against the water. A few benches. A spot for a picnic. That sort of thing. Decent spot for New Year as it's not too crowded.

Nice park tucked away in Sydney. Not really a great place to swim, but a good place for a waterside picnic. Toilet facilities as well

Nice quiet park with toilets and cafe with great coffee nearby. Beautiful view across the bay, park seats with plenty of shady trees. Not far from Kings cross, Rushcutters bay and the city.

Almost a peaceful oasis by comparison to the growing changes and development around it. Just a short distance from the city , Kings Cross and Potts Point and the nearby high rise and railway but at the same time, such peace and tranquillity by the harbour

On a business trip to Sydney in June 2014, I was fortunate enough to get a day off and wandered all over Sydney on foot by myself. With just a map in hand, I stumbled upon Elizabeth Bay. It's not the most accessible place in Sydney, not by a long shot. But the effort and time taken to locate it... More

And it all looks so fresh and inviting. A lovely marina and South a look or a stop for a coffee and a chat on your way to royal botanical gardens.
