Milsons Point is the first train station once you cross the Harbour Bridge and is where Luna Park is located. Great views and walking areas abound here with several commercial and residential complexes coming up in recent years. A short walk and one train stop away from North Sydney.

Recently described as one of Sydney's most livable suburbs, its easy to see why. Great views to the city, Opera House, harbour and bridge and a wonderful array of cafes and restaurants, there is so much to love and enjoy.

I find Milsons Point Train Station the best place to walk the Sydney Harbor Bridge from. Trains frequent here and is an easy walk to the start of the Bridge walk, however there are a few steps to walk up first

Just take a short ferry ride across the harbour from Circular Quay. A good starting point if you plan to walk across the harbour bridge. Luna Park, located here, is good for the kids to have a fun time with the amusement rides. The views across the harbour and surroundings is good. This place will be good to view the... More

I would not get too excited about Milsons Point, especially if you have limited time in Sydney. One thing I would recommend is that if you are intent on walking over the Sydney Harbor Bridge, then take the subway line 1 from Circular Quay or elsewhere depending on where you are staying. Go to Milsons Point station and then make... More

Take a stroll across the Harbour bridge and observe the city, the bridge, and the opera house at their best view. Milson's point is just across the bridge from the opera house. When you get off the bridge, look for the small restaurants. I can vouch for the very excellent fish shop, and the small gelato shop. There were other... More

An easy $2.10AUS ferry ride, each way, from Circular Quay, Milsons Point is a must see place. Not only is this entire area upscale but both the awesome views of multiple world class icons and fabulous Luna Park and adjacent swim center are mega photo-op filled.

One time I started to walk across the Harbour Bridge from Milsons Point and my walk was very pleasant. Another time I took sunset photos at Milsons Point, the Harbour Bridge looks stunning at sunset from Milsons Point.
