Circular Quay is a colorful port where ferries and cruise ships board and depart, and boat watching can be as good a pastime as people watching. While street performers entertain outside, those wanting a more cultural experience can head into the Museum of Contemporary Art where a sculpture garden on the roof is as much a view as the waterways below.

One of the best CBD's I have ever seen. The buildings and the sea actually complement each other. The place looks so good at night with all the lights from the skyscrappers amd the harbour right beside. There are tons of entertainment facilities all around,...More

This place is very close to the opera house and can be commuted directly through ferries and local trains. Although its just the scenic views there's nothing much in particular you can do at this place other than visiting the Opera House.

There are plenty of options around Circular Quay, from wanting something to eat, to wanting some entertainment. Not too far from it you'll also find a very good fish market - another must do if you're in Sydney.

A definite to add to the list of things to do. I experienced a few artist performing in the area. Could also see the many sights from here. The starting point of all the ferries to catch.

Camden Cottage, which was built in 1816. Taste a “midi
