Informative experts do a show and tell with snakes, lizards and crocs. Learn what to do, and not to do, in the outback. Very good croc demonstration.

Our kids love reptiles so went there and it was absolutely worth it. Good to see all the "bad" and good snakes so close and have a good read about them. We loved the live show...

Not busy on a Sunday in Feb, so the owner gave us a private tour. The variety of reptiles was very good with labels on each exhibit. Great location in Alice Springs, easy to get to, with street parking available. Cost was $17 for adults and $14 for seniors.

As part of our Alice Springs tour, we spent about an hour at the reptile center. We got a tour from the manager, Rex, and he did not disappoint. Knowledgeable, quick witted, funny, dedicated. He was hilarious, and he knew his stuff. Well worth the stop.

We spent the afternoon at the Alice Springs reptile centre and absolutely loved every second of it! The staff was very friendly and was able to tell us all about these amazing reptiles. At the end of our visit, we were even able to hold a real life python, which was a thrilling, but most of all, unforgettable experience. Thank... More

We chose to go to the reptile centre rather than the desert park because it was a lot cheaper (around $40 for a family) and we only wanted to spend a couple of hours rather than a whole day. We were not disappointed - in fact we all had a wonderful afternoon. We arrived just at the end of the... More

all kinds of reptile, my boyfriend loved this place, you can see the crocodiles and interact with reptiles, very imformative.

Easy to find, has interesting creatures, good presentation and knowledgeable staff. You get to hold snake etc and learn about the reptiles here and in Australia. Small gift shop too

You get to see a lot of reptiles - sadly no spiders which we had really wanted to show the kids as well. Very pricey for the three basic rooms of animals.

It was interesting. I'm petrified of snakes but got to touch one. They seem harmless in this environment. Not much to do in Alice, this can be something if you've got time there.
