Nice market but nothing amazing. Nice product, most of them are local. Some cheap fruit and vegetable. But too many turistic spot.

Visited these markets on a Sunday morning before the heat came out and was blown away at the size and variety. Some very nice stalls where you're bound to find a gift or souvenir. Parking was hard to find and it the loose stones made...More

We were a bit disappointed in the market though we went late in the morning and it was hot there. The food was Ok, some nice fresh juices, but the stalls were not appealing to us in general.

Lots of stalls with good quality jewellery, clothing and produce. Great to have a wander round and prices are pretty good too.

Great market, fresh sugarcane juice, fruit and veg, clothes, jewerally and local made. Great Sunday day out before a swim at the beach or some shopping and coffee or lunch on the Main Street

Best day of the week to visit Port Douglas is Sunday because of the markets, there are natural product, some Aboriginal artists, a few food stalls, some hippie style jewelry and a few trinkets made in China. I think it was a good choice going...More

I think it is the same kind "pottery" man who helped us. If so his stall was at the Tin shed end of the market. I hope you find him.
