Hello,
As we do walk through the rainforest, there is always a chance of a snake. We do look out for them, but this is so we can get a view of them, not so much to keep away from them! The most common snakes seen are green tree snakes and amethystine pythons, both are non venomous. It is rare that we do see them as we walk, but every so often we do.
The river cruise is taken on a boat of course. You are much more likely to see a snake on this rather than the walk, along with hopefully a crocodile or two. Our guests stay in the boat and as long as you do not jump out, you will be in no danger at all.
Hope this helps.
