A full day visiting the Barrier Reef was good, however if you do not snorkel but just want to sightsee, it is not the tour to go on.. The food was goid, the boat,Bubbles, was very comfortable. However, when we were brought back to the harbor at Port Douglas, we were told that we were early and would have to wait 45... More

Went to Great Barrier Reef with Sailaway. Crew were friendly, welcoming and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. Beginner snorkellers were guided through and kept under supervision without being made to feel that this was the case. Food provided was good, data and information given where appropriate. Brilliant day out; thank you Sailaway.

Booked low island tour from port Douglas yesterday 16 feb 2016 after a lot of looking at the weather and all the large boats I visited the office on the marina the staff were not pushy and helpful. I booked over the phone and preyed for a good day.. My birthday arrived and we sailed out. The weather was perfect... More

We were collected at our hotel and taken to the office to pay our environmental fee for visiting the Great Barrier Reef. We were given boarding cards and told to proceed to the boat. We were meet by the very charming Charlotte who relieved us of the cards and asked us to board after removing our foot ware. In the... More

We booked a reef trip with sail a way, and despite the vessel holding up to 33 there were only six of us, but the the trip still went ahead. It was fabulous. We were welcomed aboard and an afternoon tea. The sail out to Low Isles was beautiful. While snorkelling, Janes knowledge of the reef and what to look... More

Our experienced, educated crew was what set this reef tour apart. The captain, Richard, and the crew, Gabrielle and Jane, looked to the comfort of each of the 14 guests. A nice tea was waiting for us when we boarded. The boat was well equipped and spacious. The 8 mile trip was one incredible photo shot after another. We had... More

The most amazing sailing and crew! We enjoyed our sail to Low isle, did a walk around the island and then snorkled with Charlotte. She was awsome and personally took two people in our group individually to make sure they had an experience of a life time and experience the. Reef. Excellent lunch back on board and then some bubbles... More
